How to measure bot performance in the Language School niche

To know whether the Language School bot is working, don't go by "like it / don't like it" — go by the metrics. Here's what to track.

Key metrics

• First-response time.
• Share of conversations reaching the closing action.
• Conversion: chat → inquiry → deal.
• Share of after-hours inquiries the bot closed.

How to set up the bot for Language School so it actually sells

• Set up level assessment (CEFR) at the start of the chat — the agent places the student in the right group, and they stay.
• Make the trial-lesson invite the key step of the conversation — conversion to paid goes up.
• Ask about the learning goal — the offer becomes personal and motivates them to book.

Which systems can the bot connect to

• Bitrix24, SalesDrive, 1C — and any other CRM
• Telegram, Instagram, and other messaging apps

Who this matters to most

An adult or a parent who wants to level up a language: the agent clarifies the goal (work, relocation, an exam) and the current level. Typical doubt: "tried before — didn't stick." They sign up for a free trial lesson.
